Ms. Ober offers 30 years of progressive responsibility in all phases of the system lifecycle. She
has led multiple, concurrent project teams in the design, development, and support of a variety of
applications on a full range of technical platforms with responsibility for budget/cost, schedules,
resources, and contract management. The varied applications supported have included Insurance -
Enrollment/Actuarial/Rating/Accounting, US Air Force - Foreign Military Sales, US Navy - Payroll/Supply
Services, NASA - Engineering, and several USDA/FS Activities.

Mark Ober

Mark Ober has more than 22 years of experience in accounting and financial management, most recently as a
Business Unit Controller for EMC Corporation's Software Group and Corporate Controller for Prisa Networks,
Inc. Previously he held financial management positions at Casio, Block Medical, and
Verbatim. Mark is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and holds a BS in Accounting from the University
of Akron in Ohio.
